My stay at this hotel was quite the mixed bag. While I found the boutique charm delightful and the staff incredibly helpful, there were definitely some bumps along the way. I enjoyed a lovely, spacious room for the last night, but the initial room was disappointing with a couple of design flaws. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. Overall, it has great potential but certain aspects could use improvement.
Rooms

I switched to a spacious two-story room which was fantastic and perfectly dark at night. However, the first room had significant issues like a smelly AC and a poorly placed skylight.
Service

The service was friendly and accommodating, although I had a tough time getting hot water for tea. Some staff members were wonderful, while others felt overly bothered by requests.
Location

The hotel's location was excellent, central to all the attractions and within walking distance of many restaurants and historical sites, making it an ideal base for exploring.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were a bit limited and not what I expected for a place of this standing. Quality could definitely be improved in terms of variety.
Facilities

The facilities were charming but could benefit from better maintenance. The jacuzzi experience was frustrating due to water-saving fixtures.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful, I encountered issues with the room's condition and dining service. The room was spacious, but had some drawbacks with maintenance, and the breakfast could use more variety. Despite the flaws, I would consider returning for the convenience and helpful staff, but I would be more cautious about room selection next time.

The room was spacious and stylish, but the first room I received had several issues, like a skylight that let in too much light and an untidy AC. However, the second room was fantastic, contributing to a much better experience.

The service varied quite a bit. While some staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, others were less willing to help, especially when it came to our requests for tea. It made for an inconsistent experience.

Breakfast had its moments, but overall, it was pretty basic. There were a few good pastries, but it could benefit from a broader selection to truly satisfy guests.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard which is a nice touch for relaxation, although certain amenities like the spa could use some attention to detail.

Overall, this hotel offers a mix of charm and convenience, with clean and stylish rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The staff's friendliness is certainly a highlight, although the dining experience could use some improvement, especially with its limited breakfast offerings. The location is fantastic for exploring the historic sites around, which adds value to the stay, but some minor service hiccups were noted. I would consider returning while being mindful of my room choice next time.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and the charming atmosphere, along with helpful staff during our visit. However, the initial room we were given left much to be desired, and while I ended up in a much better room on the second night, the experience with the in-room amenities fell short. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but I would consider staying again with a different room choice.

While the breakfast options were decent, the service around tea requests was subpar, which somewhat marred the experience.

Though I didn't utilize many facilities, the in-room spa had potential if only the jacuzzi worked properly. It could benefit from better plumbing setup.
